Once your order is placed, you will receive a tracking number along with courier details. We will keep you informed about the delivery date and provide updates as necessary. Depending on your location, your items may arrive sooner, and we will notify you in such cases. Tracking information will be emailed to you within 24 hours of dispatch. If you do not receive tracking details within 6 business days, please reach out to us at info@jeecoride.com for assistance.

Standard UK Mainland Delivery: Free delivery on all orders - Shipping within UK only  Courier/postal service used is  Parcelforce 
Delivery Lead Time: 4 - 10 days

Damages

Please inspect all items carefully upon delivery. Do not accept any damaged items. If you find that an item is damaged, please email clear photos of the damaged goods to info@jeecoride.com so that we can initiate an insurance claim on your behalf.

Cancellations

What if I change my mind?

If you decide that the item you ordered isn't suitable for you, you can cancel your order as long as it has not yet been dispatched. Cancellations made after 48 hours from the time of ordering may incur additional fees. If your order has already been dispatched, you (the buyer) will bear the costs associated with returning the item. Refunds will only be processed to the original payment method used for the order.

Missing Parts

If your item is missing any components, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at 03330506616 or through our contact form. Include the item name, code, and the specific part you believe is missing so we can assist you further.

Incorrect Items

If you receive an incorrect item, please send a picture of the item to info@jeecoride.com. We will arrange for the item to be returned and will send you the correct one. If you choose to return an item on your own, please note that we will not be able to refund your shipping costs.
